When you or your participants dial into your conference call you will hear this message;
Welcome to Express Virtual Meetings, please enter your access code, followed by the hash (#) key.

Payments & invoicing

Our invoice templates will reflect the brand change and will accommodate international currencies. Express Virtual Meetings invoices will be sent in January 2020. 

Website access

Should you try to visit the Eureka website you will automatically be redirected to the appropriate page on the Express Virtual Meetings website.


For all the terms and conditions and legal requirements of our services, a new Standard Form of Agreement is now available.

Next time you use our web/video conferencing - eureka.video, you'll be automatically redirected to vmeet.express. It's the same platform, just branded differently.

Mobile app

If you or your guests use the Eureka-branded mobile app for your conferencing, you can continue to use it until we launch our new app in 2020.
