Webinars.

Work on projects in real time with colleagues all over the world.

What is a webinar?

Webinars make sharing information and collaborating with geographically-dispersed colleagues easy. Webinar presenters can share audio, documents and applications with their webinar attendees. Q&A sessions and feedback polls can be conducted at any point and a range of tools such as annotation and live chat will also enhance your webinar experience.

Being able to work on a project together without everyone having to be in the same room means you can vastly reduce the amount of money and time required. Webinars eliminate the travel time and costs involved in meeting in person, allowing you to improve your productivity and achieve your business goals more efficiently.

Webinar is short for web-based seminar. The host can make a presentation to many guests or a group can work together on a project in real time, making it suitable for:

Phone Icon-03

Dialling into an audio conference at the same time as the webinar allows everyone to enjoy high-quality audio phone lines rather than using your computer's mic and speakers.

Mute Icon-03

If the webinar is being used for a presentation, the host is able to mute all participants to ensure there are no interruptions or distracting noises in the background while presenting.
