Once you’re set up with an account, invite all your guests to your meeting via email and include; the date and time of the meeting, our list of dial-in numbers and the conference access code.
The meeting host can record the conference at any time during the conference call by dialing *2*1 on their telephone keypad to begin recording. The recordings are held on our secure servers for 28 days so you can download and distribute the record of your meeting.
These include locking the conference or taking a roll call. There are many other useful functions you can do with the full list of keypad shortcuts available here.
In-conference support is available during business hours (8am – 6pm Mon – Fri). Just dial *0*0.
You can request a list of everybody who attended your meeting. If your conference was managed using our operator answer service, we will be able to provide you with a list of names of your attendees.
Your recording will be available for download from our servers for 28 days after your meeting. The recording can be embedded onto your website and distributed to all your guests.
