Why record your meeting?

Recording your meetings can be used for clear and accurate minute-taking or for replaying your conference call to people who couldn't attend.

Types of recording options:

  1. The host can record each conference manually.
  2. Automatically record all your conference calls.

 

How to record* your conference

Manually (on-demand)

  1. To begin, press *2
  2. When prompted, press *1
  3. To stop recording, press *2 then *1

Automatically

Fill out this form or call us on 1300 742 024 to have this setting applied to your account.

* Conference recordings are charged at $25 per recording and are available for download for 28 days.

 

How to access your recordings

1. Log in to the Express Virtual Meetings customer portal

Go to the customer portal here.

Enter your username and password (Host Code without the #) to log in. These can be found on your wallet card or in your welcome email.

2. Download your recording

At the conclusion of your conference, your recording may take up to 30 minutes to appear in the recording portal.

Once in the portal, right click on discand select save link as. Choose where your download gets saved on your computer.

Change the name of the file to reflect the date or the subject of the conference so that you can easily identify your recordings.

We can also email the recording to an email address you provide or place it on a CD disk if requested.
