Usually clearing the Java (the software you have to download to run most web conferencing applications) cache should help resolve this.

In most cases the reason for this is that the meeting wasn’t actually recorded for some reason. Please note that when a web conferencing session is deleted the recording is deleted too.
One thing that may be useful to troubleshoot would be to check the recording link. If the URL is missing certain characters, it may not have the complete link copied on to the email which may give you the above error.
