How to use polls in your webinars

Increasing engagement and sharing information with people in different locations are the main reasons that people host a webinar. Polls are known to be excellent multi-purpose tools to get people engaged with your presentation right away.

Polling is a great way to break the monotony of presentations, interact with the audience live and gather valuable responses. For example, if you are hosting an information session, you can hold the following poll:

Polling Question:

How satisfied are you with the content of this webinar so far?

Polling Responses:

  1. Very Satisfied
  2. Satisfied
  3. Neutral
  4. Dissatisfied
  5. Very Dissatisfied

If many people say they are dissatisfied, you can amend you webinar content to better meet the needs of your guests. Instead of being a one-way presentation, the webinar becomes an interactive tool for engaging with the audience, making it more likely that your guests will remember more of the content.
